Relax and unwind in this serene, stylish home in Barmouth, Wales. Perfect for family or friends, our modern house features a hot tub (additional charge applies) and is ideally located close to the town centre, beach, and hills. Barmouth offers a variety of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. The house is located away from the harbor, surrounded by trees and mountain views, and includes a small garden with a patio and seating area, plus parking for two vehicles.

The Space

Our property, Cwrt Y Mynach (The Monk's Court), boasts three bedrooms: two double rooms with king-size beds and one smaller room with bunk beds. The open-plan living area downstairs features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a relaxing lounge area with a 65-inch smart TV with Sky TV. There is a large bathroom upstairs with a shower and separate bath, and a toilet downstairs. The secure patio garden includes a hot tub and seating area. On-site parking is available for two vehicles right outside the property.

Once you arrive, you won't need a car. It's just a 10-minute walk to Barmouth beach and the town centre, and a 10-minute hike up the hills offering stunning views of the coastal area and nearby villages and mountains. Barmouth is an excellent base for a beach holiday, walking/hiking, biking, or visiting historical sites like Harlech Castle, Portmeirion, Barmouth Bridge, Old Barmouth, St John's Church, and Ty Crwn (Round House). Many other attractions are within easy reach by car.

Guest Access

The outside area is private and secure, with a patio area, a path to the front door, and a path to the rear yard. On-site parking is available for two vehicles right outside the property.

Other Things to Note

We accept a maximum of two small to medium-sized dog for an additional fee of £35 per dog per stay, available at check-out or on arrival. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture and must not go upstairs unsupervised.

There is an additional charge of £50 for the use of the hot tub per stay, payable at check-out or on arrival. 

We do not allow parties or groups at our property.
